I’m on a roll here. Any thoughts on this subject. What is it? Ever took a peek inside? Ever traveled though it?

Limbo is a state where existence is on pause a sort of cosmic spirits that don’t realize they are dead and spirits that have forgotten who they are, a sort of oubliette.

Ok. So now in the frame of has anyone ever traveled there, has anyone ever went there to say hey this is this or this is that let me help you move on?

It wouldn’t make much of a difference they are in a state of mind that they probably won’t ever notice you.

Yeah much of the astral is what state of mind the being is in shall occupy the place where that state of mind is most prevalent.

I agree with Adam but I believe nothing lasts in limbo forever. Two things can happen in this state. The incoherent spirit somewhat evolves and becomes a type of parasite that feeds off of the energy of others or they dissolve when run out of their vitality and become obliterated. This known as second death.

I don’t know if me and AdamThoth are talking about the same thing, but this is where a psychopomp usually steps in to heal and energise the dead, and bring them back to a more conscious active state, and then assist them to pass on.

Common things that happen are people begin repeating an action or set of experiences, in phantom form, or become stuck in a negative emotional state, or are vampirised by other astral beings, and either fade into very faint presences, or vampirise others in turn, often not knowing that they’re doing this.

Core shamanism kind of specialises in this, I can think of half a dozen people I trained with who went on to do it, and many more I met online, it’s very rewarding work. :slight_smile:

(And most people pass over just fine, they don’t need help, it’s only in very rare cases that people get stuck, for example dying under the influence of drink or drugs, or in a state of great despair, fear, or anger, including over whether there’s an afterlife of any kind, or whether they’re going to hell.)
