Hi again i have a ring and a necklace with Lilith 's Sigil on it is that ok to use if you want her to here you pray. I want to speck to her and get to know her better and ask for guidance and protection.

Yes, you can use jewelry. It’s basically the equivalent to a Catholic rosary.
However, the jewelry is inert if it’s not consecrated first.

You don’t need a sigil in order to speak to Lilith. That would make her incredibly limited, which she is not. They help, but they are not essential.
