Lesser Known Techniques to Open Chakras

Hello Everyone
I know that Chanting the Mantras, using the mudras, (chakra meditation) certain crystals etc
Asking spirits to empower your chakra working can open your chakras but What are some lesser Known ways to open Chakras uses in Witchcraft and the Occult ?

Mudras actually have nothing to do with chakras, atleast not in the new age way of describing it. Mudras are hand signals or body postures which stimulate certain parts of you to inspire different things.

For example: The prayer position (Touching open palm hands) held near your mid-chest area is to cultivate a sense of gratitude and a sense of oneness with all things.

One lesser known ways of opening your chakras are, and i know i keep coming around to this but it really is such a fundamental thing that people need to do in spirituality AND in life and thats shadow work. Chakras hold energetic resonances of traumas you’ve endured over the years, and when u do shadow work you naturally unblock them one by one.

Pulling energy through the chakras will open them.

Visualization and intention. Read the book Energy Work by Robert Bruce and use his tactile imaging technique.

OM/AUM.

I thought people were just saying that
I didn’t think saying “Om” the word for “peace” would open the third eye

Om is said to be the first word said my brahma/God to create the whole universe in hinduism so it makes sense.

OM/AUM is the seed syllable that created the universe. It can be used for any chakra but is most commonly used for the third eye and crown. It does not mean “peace” but is said to contain the whole of the universe within its syllables.

And if you want to step out of the original Eastern yoga system of the chakras, you can also use IAO from the Western tradition for each chakra.

Thank you! I’ll stick to the eastern chakra system as I do hold great reverence toward eastern cultures

By Shadow work do you mean I need to explore and acknowledged those hidden, dark, and negative aspects or do I have to take those negative aspects and transform them into positive emotions and traits?

Shadow work is the process of integrating traumas, dark aspects, fears, and anything contained in your unconscious mind (subconscious mind or shadow self). Its about embracing these dark aspects as part of you and, if needs be, expressing them in healthy ways for you and others.

That’s What you did?

Chakras have been out of my practice for a long while. Ive never really interacted with them for a long time. You dont really need to as they manage themselves alot of the time. Even with psychic abilities, u dont “open your third eye” to gain them. Instead you practice using psychic abilities and they develop over time and as a result the energy center opens. However, there are alot of people who work with them directly, but i personally dont.

I know quite a bit about them though and have interacted with them directly before.

This is gonna be a little personal, I use Masterbation by edging myself as i focus the snake swirling up my spine up into the clouds

As i feel myself coming to an orgasam i stop, but just gently rub then i continue again over and over, sometimes once a day or sometimes multiple times a day…

Alot of times i will do it infront of my Altar completely nude…

In the shower anywhere in a private place within yourself

The self-discipline and self-control can be really rewarding…

I hope this helps

You can use a variety of breathwork techniques to circulate energy around, through and up the chakras. One of the ones I like is Bhastrika and I also recommend checking out Michael Ford’s Ahrimanic Yoga which has some unique interpretations and views on the chakras.
