Some of who have worked with Koetting’s sigil of Satan?
Can it be used to empower the Ego?

Well, empowering the ego is basically the whole point of Levayan Satanism, so I don’t see any reason why you couldn’t use the Koetting seal for Satan to do so. After all, Satan is the archetype for the ego in the Western world (his fall from Heaven is basically the story of the ego run amok).
