The Keys of Perfection are keys I had thought about writing some time ago.
In the future, they are intended to consist of seven keys in a book titled:
Yoga of Perfection – The Book of Sataanalash
Everything I write about is drawn from personal experience, and there is not a shred of falsehood in it.
The first three keys are meant to ensure that your cultivation becomes strong and solid like concrete.
This universal, master-triple key applies to all methods of cultivation.
It is the key that opens all doors.
Since the fundamental power of yoga is the act of doing, we will aim to strengthen your physical body, heal your mind from illness, and sharpen your focus—so that you, the yogi, can act easily, with minimal use of willpower.
I have experienced many states and immense pain in my life.
I know all the afflictions of the systems and take into account many factors:
that you have no time to cultivate, that you’re depressed, your nervous system is damaged, your body is ill, you’re constantly exhausted and don’t want to live, maybe you don’t even have the strength to lift a hand, you have toxic relationships with your parents.
I have experienced all of this.
Where’s the catch?
True Dharma cannot be bought with money (it’s just my opinion - moderator’s correction) —just as one cannot buy a ticket to heaven.
If we regard the human body as a machine and a conduit with the potential to accumulate energy—composed of mind, matter, and soul—it becomes easier to understand.
The more purified the body, mind, and spirit, the greater the potential and the better the conductivity for energy—and the less resistance to reaching the highest potential.
Perhaps that’s why the body of the Buddha in the sutras appears as a body made of gold?
Does gold not have the highest conductivity for electricity?
Aren’t the connectors in electronics and microprocessors made of gold?
I’m simply explaining this concept to make it easier to grasp.
Gradually, you will have to give up harmful things that you love so much.
That’s exactly why true Dharma cannot be bought.
Nor can it be marketed.
The first three keys I have divided into the following topics:
Topic One: Overcoming Depression and Fear
Topic Two: Breaking the Chains of Addiction and Defeating Procrastination
Topic Three: Strengthening the Body, Cultivating Energy, and Healing the Physical Body
Each of these topics complements and strengthens the others—like the mechanism in a planetary gear system.
For example:
To overcome procrastination, one needs to understand what ADHD is, be able to reduce addictions, heal the physical body, and defeat depression—because depression damages the brain and reverses the effects of treatment.
One must also be able to control fear, build self-confidence, and have a clear plan for oneself.
If even one of these elements is missing—you will fail.
This is a devilish labyrinth. When the practitioner reaches a moment of clarity: “this is it,” “now I know how to do it,” they hit a wall and return again and again to the starting point.
They will continue to return until they collapse from exhaustion or die.
That’s how it usually looked in the past.
I have studied many grimoires and all the holy scriptures I could find, but no one writes about this.
Ordinary secular knowledge is insufficient, because a human being is body, mind, and spirit.
By moving one element, you can affect all—but by moving all at once, you reach true power.
Topic One: Overcoming Depression and Fear
Usually, people are initially dazzled by the power of chemistry, thinking that a magic pill is a cure for everything.
But from my experience, the power of pharmaceuticals seems sufficient for about 2–4 years.
After that, you have to cope on your own. The more you take, the more side effects you experience.
The greater your tolerance becomes to the drug’s positive effects.
No matter how strong chemistry may be, in my experience it cannot compare to the power of the spirit—although it can complement it very well.
Because people are stubborn and blindly believe in magic pills—and indeed, at first the effects can be spectacular—I’m providing a list of what I consider to be the effective medications to create a coherent picture of the whole.
The part about synthetic drugs has been censored for the good of the forum and inconsiderate users. The original may be somewhere online.
Dietary supplements:
The supplement market worldwide is either unregulated or very poorly regulated.
Therefore, one should not rely on what the manufacturer claims on the label.
The quality of the same supplement can vary greatly from producer to producer – and even from batch to batch.
It’s a gamble.
Vitamins and Minerals
Because vitamins and minerals are involved in many metabolic processes, including brain function, it is beneficial to supplement them. B vitamins are particularly frequently mentioned.
In my opinion, the best multivitamins I’ve taken were in gummy form. Powdered ones were also quite decent.
The worst are those in capsules or tablets.
During supplementation, urine should darken within a few hours. This is a measurable fact – it indicates the presence of excess vitamins, minerals, or other substances in the urine. It may suggest higher bioavailability or simply that the manufacturer was truthful.
If your tongue appears „scalloped” on the sides, it indicates a deficiency in vitamins and minerals. With proper supplementation, the tongue should return to normal.
Vitamins and minerals also affect the efficiency of nutrient absorption and help maintain a healthy body weight.
Herbs:
All adaptogens, including Rhodiola rosea and Ashwagandha.
Adaptogens:
What are adaptogens?
Adaptogens are substances used in Eastern medicine for thousands of years, thoroughly studied in the former USSR, and now increasingly popular in the West.
They were tested on miners, long-haul truck drivers, and others under extreme conditions – and their effectiveness has been scientifically confirmed.
Adaptogens work by enhancing physical and psychological adaptability to environmental stress. They virtually have no side effects.
Ashwagandha KSM-66
An adaptogen from Ayurveda – traditional Indian medicine.
Ashwagandha works by filtering out unnecessary neural signals and strengthening the body.
In my opinion, it has no downsides, though it is banned in some countries due to questionable reports of potential carcinogenic effects.
The extract should be standardized to a high content of withanolides.
Dosage:
Typically no more than two capsules per day.
Duration of use:
Unknown. It can be discontinued abruptly without any consequences.
Since some supplements are natural forms of medicine, you should always check for possible interactions with synthetic drugs.
As you can see, medications have both advantages and disadvantages – and a certain level of knowledge is required, which even general practitioners often lack.
Now let’s focus on a science that has no flaws:
The yoga of power. The yoga of endurance. The indestructible yoga.
By moving the spirit itself – we move all other elements. Instantly.
Method One: The Surangama Mantra
This is the secret of secrets, the power of powers, the door behind which many more doors lie.
A mantra with many mystical meanings – ones not fully understood even by great Dharma masters fluent in Sanskrit, let alone by me.
In its basic sense: an exorcism.
The longest mantra spoken by Buddha Gautama for the people of the Kali Yuga.
listening also has a very good effect
Method Two: Zhuan Falun
A type of divine technology – not of this world.
I personally experience it as a transition from “Life has no meaning, I’d rather die” to “It’s not sweet, but it’s not that bad.”
It is not a theological or moral treatise.
This sacred scripture is, in fact, a form of technology – not of this world.
You can also listen to it for convenience.
Method Three: The Method of Other Mantras
Trayambakam Mantra
I personally feel it as a boost in motivation through an increase in dopamine in the central nervous system (CNS).
Om Tryambakam Yajamahe
Sugandhim Pushtivardhanam
Urvarukamiva Bandhanan
Mrityor Mukshiya Maamritat
Mantra from Surangama Dharani:
Tadyatha Om! Anale Anale Viśade Viśade Virra Vajra Dhare Bandha Bandha Bandhani Vajrapani Phat! Hum! Trum! Phat! Svaha
A mantra with many functions. The only mantra that is effective in neutralizing even extreme fear. It surpasses synthetic drugs in potency.
Mulutuul Natiil
An excellent mantra to quickly elevate emotional state.
Short, easy to remember.

Method Four: Healing and Strengthening the Physical Body (Topic number three)
Method Five: Yoga and Qigong Movements
Falun Standing Stance – Exercise 2
Strengthening Celestial Powers – Exercise 5
Both exercises have a strong mind-cleansing effect.
Perfect when combined with reading or listening to Zhuan Falun .
They produce a synergistic effect.
In the next topic, we will talk about eliminating addictions, followed by strengthening the physical body and energetic systems.
Why is this so important?
Because your body is the pillar of your existence.
It is generally the case – when people are exhausted by prolonged hard work, their spirit leaves them, and the smile disappears from their faces.
The more energy you have, the less vulnerable you are to depression.
There is a clear correlation.
I didn’t describe how I got there, not because I can’t, I also didn’t write about emotional states because it would turn into a book that no one would read in the era of quick gratification
