The Unified Chakra Technique
Here is a meditation technique that I came across many years ago, given by Archangel Ariel. I have adapted it to suit my take on the Sephirot. This technique is very powerful and should be employed with a strong banishing technique prior and post performance. I give this work freely. Enjoy!!!
I breathe in Light,
Through the centre of my Heart,
Opening my Heart,
Into a beautiful ball of Light,
Allowing myself to expand.
(Vibrate the word “Mal-Koot”)
I breathe in Light,
Through the centre of my Heart,
Allowing the Light to expand,
Encompassing my Throat chakra,
And my Solar Plexus chakra,
In one unified field of Light,
Within, through and around my body.
(Vibrate the word “Yee-Sod”)
I breathe in Light,
Through the centre of my Heart,
Allowing the light to expand,
Encompassing my Brow chakra,
And my Navel chakra,
In one unified field of Light,
Within, through and around my body.
(Vibrate the word “Hod”)
I breathe in light,
Through the centre of my Heart,
Allowing the Light to expand,
Encompassing my Crown chakra,
and my Root chakra,
In one unified field of Light,
Within, through and around my body.
(Vibrate the word “Ne-Tzack”)
I breathe in Light,
Through the centre of my Heart,
Allowing the light to expand,
Encompassing my Alpha chakra,
(8 inches above the head)
And my Omega chakra,
(8 inches below the spine)
In one unified field of Light
Within, through and around my body,
I allow the Wave of Metatron,
To move between these two points,
I AM a unity of Light.
I breathe in Light,
Through the centre of my Heart,
Allowing the light to expand,
Encompassing my eighth chakra,
(above the head)
And my Atala chakra,
at my upper thighs,
In one unified field of Light,
Within, through and around my body,
I allow my Emotional body to merge,
With my Physical body,
I AM a unity of Light.
(Vibrate the word “Tip-E-Ret”)
I breathe in Light,
Through the centre of my Heart,
Allowing the Light to expand,
Encompassing my ninth chakra,
(above the head),
And my Vitala chakra,
At my lower thighs,
In one unified field of Light,
Within, through and around my body,
I allow my Mental body to merge,
With my Physical body,
I AM a unity of Light.
(Vibrate the word “Ge-Boo-Ra”)
I breathe in Light,
Through the centre of my Heart,
Allowing the Light to expand,
Encompassing my tenth chakra,
(above the head)
And my Sutala chakra,
At my knees,
In one unified field of Light,
Within, through and around my body,
I allow my spiritual body to merge,
With my Physical body,
Forming the Unified Field,
I AM a unity of Light.
(Vibrate the word “Che-Sed”)
I breathe in Light,
Through the centre of my Heart,
Allowing the light to expand,
Encompassing my eleventh chakra,
(above my head)
And my Talatala chakra,
At my upper calves,
In one unified field of Light,
Within, through and around my body,
I allow the Oversoul to merge,
With the unified field,
I AM a unity of Light.

I breathe in Light,
Through the centre of my Heart,
Allowing the Light to expand,
Encompassing my twelfth chakra,
(above the head)
And my Rasatala chakra,
At my lower calves,
In one unified field of Light,
Within, through and around my body,
I allow the Christ Oversoul to merge,
With the unified field,
I AM a unity of Light.

I breathe in Light,
Through the centre of my Heart,
Allowing the Light to expand,
Encompassing my thirteenth chakra,
(above the head)
And my Mahatala chakra,
At my ankles,
In one unified field of Light,
Within, through and around my body,
I allow the I AM Oversoul to merge,
With the unified field,
I AM a unity of Light.
(Vibrate the word “Chok-Mah”)
I breathe in Light,
Through the centre of my Heart,
Allowing the Light to expand,
Encompassing my fourteenth chakra,
(above the head)
And my Patala chakra,
Below my feet,
In one unified field of Light,
Within, through and around my body,
I allow the Source’s Presence to move,
Throughout the unified field,
I AM a unity of Light.

I breathe in Light,
Through the centre of my heart,
Allowing the Light to expand,
Encompassing my fifteenth chakra,
(above the head)
And below my feet,
In one unified field of light,
Within, through and around my body,
I allow the AIN SOPH AUR field to be merged with my unified chakra field.
I am UNITY!!!
