The runes are only subliminal influences while I’m working them into the wand by way of woodburning.
Once I’ve taken up a task which might involve the power of runes, or such one rune in particular, then and only then does my wand activate that rune, and as such as only while in use and/or per the parameters and time constraints of the binding, loosing, spell breaking, spell, casting, enchantments, and/or the resolving of enchantments.
In other words, I’m a magus, and therefore, i tell my magick what it does. Whenever in use, i create the rules for how the runes behave, for what purposes, where, when, why, what, how, who, for how long, and if I need to cancel the assignment i may simply believe it to be canceled and perhaps snap my fingers, say runework abc discontinue and close any open portals. Allow any familiars and ghosts actively engaged to report to me for new tasks or they may take their leave if i deem it so.
Whatever work is being done with magick is completely under our control. We tell it, thurisaz shall blank. After 30 days cease this activity or if the task is complete before that time allotment is reached, so may it end with the completion of this task. Name the task, create the magick, use the wand, stop using the wand, discontinue what the wand is apparently able to do when you are not around (misbehaving). Magickal objects are not allowed to misbehave. If they are caught doing so, a full investigation must be had or the objects burned or destroyed in the fires of gehenna. You may threaten, banish, curse, or bless the culprits howeever you like, should they turn out to be unruly demons. Many books on magick and demonology tell you how to do it. I use Crowley, Mathers,Waite techniques or book source material for my operations.
Others may like to follow the advice of more modern magicians. To each his/her/their own.
Exorcism can have its limited hazards when you’re not super haunted like in the movies, but can have its incredibly unlimited risk if you’re… using your tools to open up the portals to another place in time or outside of it… dimensional portals and timespace wormholes for daemons to pass over into reality and materialize in a physical presence or actual fact in material form of some sort, as we’re all inclined to do. I just make certain that if a spirit does not confess that Jesus is Lord, then it must not be a welcome friend in my house. That simplifies it all. All exterior operations done downat the cemetary or the crossroads, at the river or under the bridges… whatever happens there isn’t limited as poorly as what my home space must be limited with.
My home is required to be stable, peaceful, and without often too great of any disturbances in the Force. That means that advanced mystical operations maybe happening in my home office spaces, my prayer and ritual closet, at the various altar spaces, and etc. But the only way to ensure that there’s cohesive operation where it concerns multiple household members who are spiritual leaders, we have to agree that to maintain our accord, and cut back on bumping against each others’ operations… all spiritual operations done in home are governed by Christ Jesus and that alone is God. Give him control, say if you have Christian beliefs in the home as i do, and there will forevermore be peace among the spirits and the heads of household.
Neither I nor anyone else may judge the religion of someone else while operating here. The bible is read, and the bible is the authority on the will of God, and Christ is the authority on how it is interpretedand applied. It simplifies argument or debate among families who have secular or worldly members, more religious members, and more occult friendly members.
If you as the operator use Catholic rituals like those in the Book of Black Magick and of Pacts by Arthur Edward Waite, then allthr victory is attributed to the supremacy of Jesus the Nazarene, Messiah. The Christ is the authority, Immanuel. You need not defend yourselves one to the other after that has been either feigned to be accepted or has been acknowledged in full, because for the sanity and safety of yourselves and other household members, you’ll need someone to guard the gates while you’re inoperative. Jesus is that obvious personality in a Christian home. So mote it be.
If he permitsmy spirits to enter this home, then it shall be as i say it shall be, and if he limits our operations and constraints beyond our recognition are set into place, that’s a risk,a benefit, this operator is ready to embrace or accept in full. I need peace of mind and so do my family. Everything. Messiah is the ultimate authority above us all. He is our highpriest, and i am simply one priest among the multitudes.
