hello everyone, what they think of the chant enn daemon in japa meditation? someone practiced? obtained results ?

You can do Japa meditation with any name or mantra. The point of Japa meditation is to repeat the mantra/name as much as possible, probably thousands and millions of times with closed eyes. There will be a point where you and the name starts vibrating on the same level and thus the name/mantra becomes one with your soul. At that point of time you have got the essence or the true power of the name’s/mantras vibration. You will be grasping the true nature of the power of mantra. In other words, you have activated the name/mantra.
You can then use the name/mantra effectively in your rituals. Otherwise, an unactivated name/mantra is nothing but a mere sentence without any power.
