Is Zadkiel a fallen angel?

I opened it here because i didnt know which subforum to open. In some places there were those who claimed that Zadkiel was a fallen angel. If Zadkiel has someone friend or worked with, can he write if he is a fallen angel? @MagickVigilante , do you know about this?

He’s an angel of mercy and benevolence-- the very angel that asked Abraham not to sacrifice Isaac IIRC. He is the tarot card XX Judgement personified and weighs the souls of the dead based upon whether they lived a life that relieved the suffering of others or inflicted suffering upon other souls.
