Sigil Flashing: Consecration Explained & Simplified for Newbies

I thought I would post this because I have seen several people mention lately, those newer to sigil magick and consecration, that the sigil never does flash for them yet they see a colored aura like a glow around the sigil lines and then the lines disappear. I think there is some misconception about what exactly sigil “flashing” means.
