Hey geet,
I am not an expert, in this topic but as much as I know it’s very difficult sometimes to detect them because of their existence in any level of consciousness, just see to that u don’t feed them with anger or other negative emotions, try to keep ur thoughts and intention in ur control, many times when u r in control of ur emotions these parasites starve and have no other option to leave and find any other host. These is a simple one.

If u are sure they are there just try any banishing ritual.

U seems to me as someone starting this journey, so I will try to help u, in my next comment on these thread I will post some links some reads u can try.
