Was that a biblical source of teaching ? If so, then maybe a review of the verse would be in order.

Revelation 13:16-17
“It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads, so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name.”

Having the mark of the beast simply enables you to buy and sell things during that troubled period of time. It did not say anything about the mark of the beast resulting in a more severe punishment.

Since you mentioned Hell’s torment, again using the bible as reference, the bible says that we will fry like a piece of bacon for ever and ever and ever. Fry for eternity for a few short years of non-compliance. That is what the bible actually teaches. In light of that reality, simply having the mark of the beast does not appear to be very consequential.

those who accept the mark of the beast will face god wrath on earth , abaddon will unleash locusts for those who accept the mark , even demons will help god in that time making humans suffer with locusts destined for those who accept the mark of the beast

So what makes you say that @Atomy? It’s not in scripture, which is quoted above?

But those verses don’t mention the Mark of the beast?

The Seal of God, and the Mark of the beast seem to be two different things.

  1. The “Mark of the Beast” was on hand OR head, and was an historical government approval for that person to trade goods
  2. The “Seal of God” is only on the head, and for the “final judgement” (which hasn’t happened) and people without it only get tortured 5 months (lol that’s batshit, why do people follow this crazy religion again?)

Right so we have here a historical internal pollical fight with the people as pig-in-the middle.

Both these verse contradict each other. these people were FORCED to take it, and the 2nd says they’ll be punished - is a totally unfair and disproportionate way - for something they were forced to do.

How is that not the most evil thing?

vs

Soo - FUCK that “third angel” and the horse he rode in on, what a shithead. I call political bullshit.

Remember, “angel” only means “messenger”. So this is the message from a political rival. Those poor people didn’t deserve this, and neither do we, or anybody.

Maybe you shouldn’t believe everything you read out of context.

Maybe you shouldn’t believe everything you read out of context. This is psychopathic.

Faith in mean, unfair bullshit makes you a brainwashed fool and possibly the bad guy. If you cannot stand up against injustice and think for yourself, what are you?

i agree with you i also feel angry with god doing this because its unfair , but god is god he does as he wishes , there is nothing you can do against it , and i also agree god is tyrannical he does his will even though its unfair and people dont agree with him , i also agree with the demon cohzier

I don’t think it’s true, and I don’t agree that that “3rd angel” spoke for god. So your god is being accused of something it didn’t do.

Also these words are not Christian. They come from teh Old testament, which is Jewish, and tacked on to the teachings of the Christ by the Catholic church - which was created by the Jews.

Also maybe you want to decide if you are a Jew or actually follow the words of Jesus, (the red letters of his actual recorded words were discarded by the Catholic church by the way) who did not approve of the fear mongering of a Judgement day.

you dont believe its true because god didnt gave you the faith to believe in him , and you dont agree the 3 rd angel spoke for god because you dont believe , and these words are christian , they are from the new testament , i follow the words of jesus not the church or the pope , which i believe shouldnt even exist , and the church didnt approve of the fear mongering of a judgement day , because the church was probably influenced by demons to not approve

I didn’t say that - I expect this is reporting a historical moment that actually happened, where some pissed of asshole “messenger” got angry at people, basically cussed them out and blamed the victims. And I’m pointing out that that was diabolically unfair and ungodly.

I don’t believe every word in the bible was “written by god”, we knw for a fact is wasn’t because the English versions are objective known to be mistranslated from the Greek. It’s possible this translation is misleading.

I believe the angels were the leader of an enslaved populate at one point, possible ETs based on the Sumerian tablets, from which most of xtianity takes its inspiration - none of it is original.

There’s a difference between assuming historical documentation means it’s true for the future, and understanding history is history and leaving it in the past.

The Mark is said to be what the second beast of Revelations (the anti-Christ) will require when it takes power with the authority of the first beast (Satan) It has nothing to do with “government.”

Remember, Revelations was a vision that was received. It’s basically UPG that people follow because they’re told to. It’s no different than some of the nonsense LHP occultists spew on the forum and expect everyone to swallow without question.
