I could heal my own Middle Dantian, but If you want to do it yourself I don’t know if that could work, you first need to learn one of many energy healing techniques.
Okay so kind of both yes and no to this.
Most crystals have some sort of inherent properties and attributes to them, and yes, do indeed have a bit of an auto-function. Some like clear quartz are truer to being “blank slates” of sorts and tend to be easier for beginners to work with.
In that sense, the natures of these stones isn’t something that needs to be programmed. What does need to be programmed is how they will specifically work for you. You need to connect your energy to them and that can take time depending on your experience, power, etc.
There’s also the matter of what stones work well with your energy and that can also affect the ease of programming. People who work with crystals a lot will nearly always find that some sorts work a lot better with their own energy while others very much do not.
Something I did as I was building up my collection was looking for stones which went well with the energies from my astro chart, combination of the planet and the sign it’s in. Most of the stones that fit these traits do indeed tend to be highly reactive for me and easiest to work with.

Each stone aligns better with particular planetary and zodiac energies over others with a small handful being more versatile. Some prefer to use the chakra system or elements, there’s plenty of info on that site for those systems as well.
I’ve found this to be very true of spirits too, some will take to some stones quite easily and absolutely refuse to imprint their energy on others. In this sense, programming can sometimes take a long time if this was the intended use. I’ve never forced a spirit to align with a stone that they don’t like, so it’s a matter of waiting to find one that does.
(The site I mentioned before also attributes deities to particular stones but this aspect of the site is far less useful — this might be getting a bit too far ahead, but if working with spirits and stones, I think most practitioners are going to find that what works best is something that works for both you and the spirit).
The way you want to use a stone can also take time to program depending on your experience, especially if you want to dedicate a stone for a much more specific use within its natures. As someone who does this a lot, it’s more a matter of simply using them which increases power over time.
GP is on the 72 Goetia demons of Lemegeton while LHD is on demons from the Abremelin. A few appear in both (like Belial, Paimon, Astaroth). GP also has all the sigils while LHD does not.
Both books aim to have you connect with spirits through the use of your imagination/visualization to visit them.
This is more a response to that last part. The more you communicate, the more you’ll get a sense of what is from your imagination versus that which is coming from elsewhere.
The best confirmation comes from yourself though. If a true entity is working with you, there should be some signs that it’s really them. For some its results with requests they’ve made to the spirit. I’ve often had information given that ended up being true, or have had signs in the form of constructive guidance.
It takes time to develop senses but really anything which exercises imagination can help substantially, especially if you can immerse yourself.
Some also have success with training themselves to have these abilities using binaural beats (that might be a good method for you with the struggles you’ve mention, but do your research on the different sorts first).
It’s funny how that works. There were some other demons I tried to work with before but couldn’t connect with, yet Belial kept making it clear he wanted my attention.
Just be wary of parasites and whatnot, especially where the kings seem to be involved, not to induce paranoia or fear or anything. I would suggest reading about the behaviour of imposter spirits and parasites to help you recognize them if they do approach you, know when to banish (how to banish for that matter too).
In my opinion, if a king (or other major entity) is reaching out to you and it’s not a parasite, there is a special connection there. I don’t mean that in a “you’re more important than others” way, but rather that there’s some special and exceptional compatibility between the two which can lead to significant growth in a way that won’t be accomplished with other spirits. They can still be rough to work with though, that’s for sure

As he said you’d need to know a healing technique first, and it’s true there are many, I’m thinking this is a special function of his that is not formalised into an easy format for students, and he’s not taking entry-level students at this time. If you already understood energy healing you’d have the language down and he’d use that to explain.
You might like to look at this book: it’s by a respected energy worker and written in terms accessible to westerners but it’s foundation is this kind of energy working, using concepts from both qigong and kundalini yoga. Just this book alone will get you enough to do your own healing work.

so some spirits will work with stones, i didn’t know they could do that.
also something I thought some spirits could do is come in your dreams and make you lucid dream. or if there’s some stones that can increase that chance.
is there any particular binaural beats i can use or does anything work.
Oh yea, they definitely do, it’s a form of magick that had an incredibly long history.
If it’s a spirit I’m close with, I’ll more or less offer the stone as a means of easing communication or power exchange. If they refuse, I don’t take it as an offense, merely something to learn about with them.
There are definitely stones which can help with dreams but it can take a fair bit of trial and error to figure out what works best for you.
Not all binaural beats are ideal for lucid dreaming. Beta and gamma typesare better when you want to focus (like while studying for example). If you’ve never tried them before at all, I usually recommend beta and gamma first while doing something like that. For more meditative states, alpha. I’d not try theta before you get an idea of what alpha is like. Theta is the right one for astral travel.
(also careful with some of them, they can be unsafe while driving or similar. They also only work if you use headphones).
There are a ton of people who have made binaural beats on youtube, they usually list the type and what they’re meant for.

Some patients feel the energy while the healing is done, but there are also patients that don’t feel anything.
The patient must be on bed because there is a chance to fall sleep during the healing, that’s the main reason the healing can’t be done while patient is driving or active.

I (and probably many other people here) can’t hear or see spirits at all. I still try though! I go through motions of rituals, do the best I can. Sometimes you get a dream at night. that can be a sign. I do really really really want some kind of confirmation that all that I’m trying to achieve is at least heard and in the works.
some confirmation would take care of lust for results, I think. But worrying about whether or not a request is heard too much can screw up your rituals too.
