If the heavier stimulates are cramping your efforts, consider looking into other options medication wise…perhaps look into modifinil. Trade name provigal. Works differently. Affects the part of the brain that controls wakefulness, doesn’t affect the CNS the way amphetamine does. It works. A bit on the pricey side though. If the $$$ is a barrier. There is a nutricuetical called adrifinil which is a precursor and converts to active modifinil in the body, it’s commonly used as a “smart drug.”

Spirit wise, I’m a fan of Raphael for healing assistance which I often stack with energy work (reiki).

A ouji board works if you know how to use it. And I honestly don’t know how she feels about beginners, but it doesn’t hurt to try.
