Why depend on spirits? Do it yourself. There are plenty of techniques available to do so:

I don’t think you need to call any spirit to help you, you can recreate your entire subconscious mind through different techniques. Work with Yourself, first. In my experience, that is the key. But, there are always spirits ready to help and you may find it easier to call them, it depends on what you feel it’s right for your. Sometimes I ask Astaroth (she’s the main spirit I work with) to help me. Dantalion is also very helpful or any other spirit you have a connection with may help.
