So as some of you know I am new here, though recently I have started evoking entities and mostly after every ritual, I find it really hard to fall asleep, mostly it happens after evocation of Lord Lucifer. But yesterday/last night I evoked Goddess Astaroth had a one way chat with her highness, as my senses are not working yet, can’t hear, feel or see. So I usually just believe that I am being heard and almost every time I am kind of begging them to show me something, guide me to get my senses work. Hopefully someday soon I will be able too.
But my question is, do any one of you have hard time falling asleep after an evocation?
Oh and some help or suggestions about opening my senses. Would be highly appreciated too.

Yes it happens when I am anxious or my mind just can’t shut up! I think it’s because they are talking to you and your subconscious is listening! 
but Lucifer’s energy usually puts me to sleep…
Eating something after evoking helps.
