So I dunno where the thought pattern of it needing to be a necessity or mandatory came from but speaking from my own experiences in utilizing planetary timing I was taught it is a simple way to add planetary magick to a given operation. The same applies to lunar and seasonal phases to magickal timing. It is a way to layer additional power onto the operation.
NOT a needed key for an operation to work.
Although it can also help narrow down where a given operation may have gained added effects if the manifestation seemed off kilter.
For example tryin to do a love ritual on the day of saturn in the hour of mars could result in some dark passions being introduced to the mix.
In this way planetary timing and notation can be used to diagnose why a given operation may have manifested in a certain way or with less effect than expected if the same ritual had previously yielded greater gains.
To my knowledge it isnāt an aspect of planetary magick that gets alot of focus.
No idea why. It was brought to my attention multiple times over the years in various way.
The lastest being the use of the 8 directions and its connections to the elements and planets through the vedic and norse pantheons and my work with the divs.
Yes, itās real, birth charts can be amazingly accurate, and planetary magick is some of the most powerful magick available. Horoscopes in newspapers are very broad in scope but every civilisation attributed powers to the Moon, Sun, and stars, so moderners trying to wish that away because itās not convenient are only robbing themselves.
The vedics and a few other traditions dig deeper into this with their work with sound.
In the case of the vedics its mantra where each seed sound has connections to planetary, elemental or an specific entity. In this way specific mantras can be built up from precise formula for a specific reaction to ones own chart. Iāve been diggin at this for awhile and have still barely scratched the surface cause of how big a field vedic astrology is.
A mantra can be turned accurately to a specific aspect of ones energetic spectrum by analyzing the various energies represented in the astrological chart. It is literally a map of ones self. By learning about it you learn more about yourself and can thus balance yourself in a way that benefits you and others. Which generally is the point.
As with anything, what you practice can get better with experience. It is a great skill to practice like numerology, tarot, divining, and even nameology.
(Surely thereās a better name for this⦠ba dum dum ).
And use these skills and tools for yourself. Delve into it if curious and get better. Its better than plinking time into an idle angel game like Iāve been doing. Total brain rot to see bouncy clothed titties.
Iāve personally never really been affected by my astrology, my practice or my mundane life aspects. I do however, find astrology entertaining to read, but outside of that it has no place in my life. I donāt really know anyone who has allowed astrology to rule their lives or direct it in any way to be honest.
I donāt really buy into the concept of āpowerfulā magick or āweakā magick, something is only as āpowerfulā as the work you put into it regardless of your astrology chart is telling you.
Yes it is definitely real.
I have moon conjunct neptune in 2nd house and I was naturally able to telepathically communicate with spirits at around 12-13 without any practice or so.
As per that , I also have natural ability to develop clairvoyance and clairaudience with minimal level of effort.
Well compare the distance of the Moon to the distance of Mercury. The Moon is 360,742 km away from Earth, and has a noticeable affect, while Mercury is currently 93,970,078 km away from Earth, and just came out of Retrograde. I doubt a planet that far away would have a strong enough magnetic influence on the Earth to disrupt electronics for a month, and then when it comes out of Retrograde the distance hasnāt really changed much, yet āpeace is restoredā.
Distance is not the only factor though, the moon is not a giant ball of iron like mercury is. Every human has different proportions of minerals and trace metals in their bodies as well, so what affects one person might not affect another.
You are free to not care about astrology, Iām not trying to be the spokesman for astrology and Iām sure there are many others more knowledgeable about it than me on here. Itās a subtle influence thatās not going to make or break your life but itās definitely real.
Yes but scientifically it doesnāt make sense. And in my opinion, it shouldnāt be used to explain spiritual effects to make it more believed when itās just pseudoscience, like they did with Chaos Magick theory. They will go on and on about quantum mechanics and psychology that is so faulty it would be completely laughable to any actual scientist. So in that case, it still doesnāt explain why itās effects are different in different constellations and why imaginary points that donāt exist affect the Earth and human lives just a strongly.
In terms of the gravitation affects, standing next to a person produces a gravitation effect thousands of times stronger than the Moon does on people, and weāve seen how much further Mercury is than the Moon. Weāre talking about the magnetic effect so the question of the material a planet is composed off is just to better understand the magnetic power of it.
In another case, we can see that anything can become an omen and a system of divination. Itās strange but experiment with Horary Astrology, where you just notice the time the question popped into your head and look at the position of the planets. Somehow it tends to be completely accurate and more detailed than any other divination method. And then thereās the case of observing the flight of birds and other completely non-random events that somehow accurately predict oneās future and used to be very common divination practices. There are many different systems of astrology, many are contradictory to one another yet all work. I explained more in the previous topics I linked and within it is an interesting and powerful spiritual mechanic that can be used when understood.
So, astrology is real, and you can test it yourself with Horary Astrology as a divination tool, but youāll find that any established system, no matter how contradictory they are, tend to be completely accurate. And if a parent follows a particular system it can subconsciously lead them to conceive at a time that matches their astrology system, just as a question that pops into your head at the right time matches it. Older scientific studies showed that children whose parents believed in astrology tended to follow their natal chart, while others did not. In science, that was taken to mean that astrology is completely fake because they donāt understand how omens work.
Real or not real⦠i believe there are enough egregores about it to influence people.
I have seen many people who went from āastrology is shittyā to āomg it was the full moon i felt itā just when decide to AGREE that moon can influence someoneās emotion.
Is that just a nocebo effect? I donāt think so⦠When you decide to fix yourself to any āpsychic collective ideaā you may find yourself being influenced.
Astrology Yes! Watered Down Daily, Weekly, Monthly Horoscopes No! Lol! Not in the original way itās ment to be used. The original context was to compare the birthchart and the day of choice. The information in that reading would have been individualistic, long and indepth. The modern era horoscope is a very watered down and general and limited to only Sun sign characteristics and planetary influences that part of the sun sign.
