If you train your astral body, is it harder to project into it because you have to match the higher vibration in order to project?

The more you work on your astral skills the easier it becomes in general just like any skill. It’s you your body and as you grow in skills your growing with your astral form so you should be matched to your own frequency already (although where you’re at can vary) The hardest part is learning how to exit. Keep practicing and you will get there.
