Invoking the Four Powers

In “Kabbalah, Magic, and the Great Work of Self-Transformation”, there is a ritual for each grade and it’s respective grade sign, kerub glyph drawn, colors for pentagram and kerub in an invoking ritual of the Pentagram, and an incantation said in each direction clockwise.
But there is (maybe?) A problem.

We start facing S, move to W, move to E and move to N, turning then again to E with a closing incantation. Then we move on to the West and do the Middle Pillar Ritual, and North and back to East, where other rituals may have taken place.

Doing the Invoking the Four Powers of (Element) has a dilemma with a possible solution. We are either spinning a complete circle to raise energy and cast a circle, or it’s supposed to be S, W, N, E.

I will give the author respect, and do it as directed. Thoughts on the dilemma?

Noone was reading this post apparently, nor uses the books I’m using.
I followed my own path, and it seems to flow nicely.
