So i just called on Amon, i’m not really good at telling if a demon is in my room or not but i lit a candle, some incense, chanted his enn, called on him, and gazed at his sigil. Is that enough for him to come and listen to me. I wrote him a letter requesting what i want and what i can give to him in return. before i said goodbye i put my blood on his sigil.

That’s all you need to do 
You just need to develop your senses more to really feel them, but you can be confident that he heard you. Even EA said in the beginning that communication with spirits is going to be a one - way street

The very first demon I worked with was Amon. He’s a very kind and tender spirit. You can feel confident that he heard you and is near you. He’s helped me in so many ways and I’m sure he will help you as well.
