I want to make a ritual but i was wondering if i could invoke the demons I want to work with in the Cardinal direction that is associated with them in a elemental circle and then work with them one by one in the direction that is theirs or is that even more complicated than working with only one demon at a time in order to achieve what I desire?
I see no reason why that wouldn’t work.

You sound like you are on the right track. Call them from their elemental quarter (unless it is Satan, and then call in the centre of the circle), with their enn or try vibrating their name. Draw their sigil in the air in the relevant direction with your athame or index finger, this helps too. Once they are in your circle (you will know, the energy changes as they arrive even if you can’t hear them, you will definitely feel them) you don’t need to work the relevant quarter each time after invoking/evoking, they are in your circle and with you, just call their name as you work with them.
