I forgot to link the tutorial on your other thread, but you’ll find it in with this lot… take your time and browse this lot, then follow what calls to you first for trying out yourself. I stroglu advice paying attention to the Spiritual Hygiene and Astral Development parts first: it’s easier to avoid problems than have to fix them without skills to do so.
