Intent Wording Styles

Greetings Members..

I am curious on how to properly word your intent petitions…

If you are conducting an empowering spell on yourself does it have to be in a story form or can it be a list of what you want to achieve but in present tense .

I saw some tutorials and most users are saying for example instead of requesting to an entity “I Want to Become Healthy” you instead request it in the form “I Am Healthy”

Does this form apply to all entities and all types of intentions regardless if on yourself or you are writting a spell for someone?

Thanks in advance..

Ali

I personally do a two-pronged approach.

I state my intent as intent, so I’d say/write “My intent now is to become healthy”.

And then I’d follow up with present tense, as if speaking an affirmation, “I am healthy now”.

The idea is to make it feel as if you had the set intention already, even if for but a split-second.
