yeah, but the misspelling kind of indicated that the person wasn’t capable of that.
And,
there’s a general understanding towards all religions, true.
But there’s a reason stuff like “don’t come here, and tell people to repent to jesus, and ask for forgiveness for your sins”, is part of our board rules.
There’s areas,
in which we’re just to far away,
from what they belief to be true.
Ever read the infernal Saga,
by C.Kendall?
That stuff can make a Christian, or Muslim, or Jew,
puke within minutes.
True, and i’m going to fill in some details here,
which i didn’t go to google,
to help me formulate my answer:
Now, Iban kind of suggests an Arabic connection.
But the spell is derived from a tribe, in Borneo,
which suggests a nomadic phase.
Now, for a nomadic tribe,
it makes sense,
to develop the ability,
of turning a stranger,
they’ve just met,
into a long-term partner.
So in their use-case,
it’s probably actually been used,
to prevent Rape,
and rather form and structure,
on the go,
what they needed,
to survive.
Therefore,
the original use,
was probably by far,
not as questionable,
as it was,
once it had been corrupted.
To be fair, I know similar magick,
since even I became a magician,
and learned that in fact, it is magick.
But personally,
I’ve always sought to balance it with some moral understanding,
about what I’m doing,
and how impactful it is on my target.
In relation,
a nomadic tribe,
which is traveling constantly,
needs to be able to get resources,
which new members and partners of the tribe surely is one of those resources,
while a stagnant population,
of a city,
sometimes needs to gain new genetic material,
to limit genetic mutation,
derailing the material,
when to much inbreeding has gone on.
(which, -just as questionable, counts as incest.)
So, it did serve a good function,
when it helped both the nomadic tribe,
as well as the stagnating cities populations,
to prevent massive genetic downgrading.
But,
in total,
those are factors,
normal humans don’t recognize,
and most likely even damnate,
for in their eyes,
this behavior is wrong,
regardless of it actually saving their whole civilization.
People stick to what they’ve been told,
and taught,
to be true,
normally.
Dogma.
Something,
Bald clearly opposes,
and which requires,
what many call:
Thinking outside of the box.
So,
yeah,
it’s well possible,
that those necessary changes,
was indeed,
the gods of that time,
and that period,
answering their devotee’s prayors.
And,
the spell is formulated as a prayor,
or “DUA”, as hebrews call it.
Now,
i requested the topic to be closed,
due to the fact,
that it’s actually so deeply embedded into actual culture,
with the movie “the devils Advocate.”
That it can easily spawn a huge discussion,
and attention from outside of balg,
just by laying around here.
To be fair,
the more clearly i explain the structure,
the more obvious i can see,
how people might want to start a discussion on that stuff,
and try to overrule our understanding,
of it,
with their dogma,
coming forth to flame about,
how wrong,
and how much of a Sin it is,
not realizing,
that they are driving forth that whole accusation shit.
And,
just look at your newspapers,
or history,
or holy scriptures.
Such stuff happens constantly.
And it sometimes even derails into complete warfare.
Something,
i’d like to stop in it’s tracks,
before it can happen,
as there’s more valuable stuff,
to focus our attention on.
Sincerely,
¥’Berioth
