Insomnia After meditation

I have experienced this as well as other people, anyone have any good grounding methods for this?

Grounding ritual man, something as simple as having barefeet touch the earth, making food, or doing some physical activity or project. I had that issue at first, tons of energy post meditation. Or maybe some melatonin, camomile tea and cspan thats a sure fire way to pass out

Eat a large meal. Take a shower. Read a book. Those worked for me.
