All those authors and practiotioners are talking about the same things with different names and different moral connotations, so if you want to enter in that marvelous world of concepts, read books

Possession is built up on your level of vibrations. Possession is as intimate as energy sex or physical sex.
Mostly itās built up in getting to know something but no reason why if your energy is vibrating high enough and you are actually strong enough go straight into the āone night standā.
A. Are you strong enough
B. Why are you so obsessed
Allow Your Spirit (You obviously) to guide you (the personality the construct).
As a Spirit Iām not keen to possess or allow such intimacies with just anyone thing.

What about calling her physically

Are you trying to evoke her to the astral plane or physical plane ?
Ether was you need to have developed your astral sense, do you have astral vision?
Because if you donāt she could have very well been standing right in front of you and you wouldnāt even know. I would strongly recommend you work on developing your astral vision if you havenāt already.
Astral vision is one of the most important skills in occult fields, it allows you to see into the astral world without having to go there.
But hay if you develop your astral body you could just astral travel to her.
And evocations and invocation on the astral plane are by far more powerful and effective then on the physical plane.
