I don’t want to go in detail , just two rude customers at the barbershop … anyways I got anxious while I got aggressive and at my previous posts you will see that I’ve got a problem with dealing with my anxiety, I havent found anything useful to get rid of my anxiety or be at peace with it… anyways I’m home now and trying to forget what happened … I don’t know where else to share this because I don’t want my friends to know what happened, so BALG was the only option

An angel to get me through anxiety by giving me courage , I got anxiety now and it does not work anymore , I get aggressive thoughts now and it feels like hell , but I cope with it by saying : I’m master of myself , but that doesn’t get rid of my anxious thoughts … because I relied on that angel to get rid of it for me ,
