I think it’s because of Blue Ray meditation. I turned away from the table for a moment yesterday and when I looked back the colors were clearly visible. it reminded me of that oil slick from file x. it disappeared under the paper as if it had been vacuumed. I picked up the paper there was nothing. when they think I don’t see them the colors are stronger. I tried to salt them and nothing happened to them.

I can’t say exactly because I have a long history of experimentation and disbelief, let’s say the last two years I’ve shown a little more attention but I first encountered it when I was 14, a friend’s dad had a bookstore.

well dont try to get rid of the spirits if they didn’t do nothing to you.
I understand its your space and you can kick them out.
Try a more friendly approach like " thank you for being here, please i would like you to leave now" something like that.

Or or keep them around they can help open your astral senses if they dont put fear in you or drain you.
Try ask questions and listen, try and see and just observe to open your senses. Dam even try and touch them.
I heard people walk up to them and put their hands in a spirit and feels cool or electricity like or spider webs, this can open your energy body.

I had a few nasty attacks in a short amount of time.
I asked them if there was anything I could do for them.
I also have pressure in that area but after meditation it becomes easier for me, I just have to practice regularly.

I tried as you said. I let one sit on my upper arm, clung to it, and didn’t give down. I let the Tibetan Singing Bowls not help. after that I rubbed the back of my hand with salt and saw that it started to move, I managed to peel it off. after a while I noticed that my hand was shining blue, pink and yellow (I had never noticed before), the other hand too. one orbit was attached to that other upper arm, so I removed it with salt.

there is something here about aura and orbits.

Sounds like this could be astral parasites, like those little bugs type of thing.
Visulize violet flame around you and those areas that affect you. And tell me what happens.
