If you did not banish after he left, it could be his energy lingering around as well. Over time, as you invite spirits into your space and do not banish the energy, it will build into the atmosphere, to the point where others will sense it. That can be good or bad, depending on your intentions and future workings. But until that becomes a concern, enjoy the atmosphere, as it sounds like you and Paimon are kicking it off well.
