What does your daily practice look like? Maybe a place to start is making a list of your psychic hygiene, and we can go from there. I don’t know your experience, or frustration, and bear in mind we all are here to help each other out. You aren’t alone, friend.

Truthfully, the Only thing I’m going to recommend you do is evoke Lucifer and ask him to help.
Do it. He’s known for removing negative energies and curses. He’s also known for bringing in good things. So I’d call him, have him help, do what he says, and change your daily practices to match the lifestyle that you want to lead.
