I Need Help With Protection and banishing

I have been having intrusive thoughts for quite a while and i think that it might be an astral parasite
Or a spirit attachment. I would love to get some protection from a demon or angel,
But i have already asked lucifer for help to develop my pshycic abilities. So i was wondering what demon or angel you guys recommend for protection from parasites, other than lucifer. And i was also wondering how i can banish these astral parasites and what would be the best method to banish them ?

I’ve dealt with a severe form of intrusive thoughts as a kid. What’s most important is not to give them too much attention, even if that’s really hard. Do your banishing work, and then let the entities do their thing and ignore the thoughts when they pop up.

I’d be interested in what way those thoughts come to you. Mine were mostly visual. Like for example I used to see a chainsaw hurting people. After a while I managed to make the chainsaw cut grass instead.
