In my experience, there’s a good balance between focused work that He demands and expects, and times when He’ll joke with you and allow you to goof around a bit. It’s a sign of trust, like you’d let loose with a person you feel comfortable with and aren’t afraid they’ll take something the wrong way. But He will never trivialize anything, it’s all in good measure, and - being the teacher that He is - it’s always educational in some (and occasionally weird) way.

Oh yeah, those dreams are always…weird.
