I know that all entities can communicate with us through our dreams, but what entity is absolutely willing or specializes in providing answers through dreams?
A lot of spirits are associated with dreams.
My immediate thought would be any spirit that represents the embodiment of Magick such as Hekate/Asteria.
Asteria ???..do you mean Astaroth??? Astarte ???
Divinatory demons like Vassago, and Astaroth.
The Greek gods Hypnos and Morpheus.
The Mesopotamian goddess Mamu.
Asteria is a Greek Titan. Nothing to do with Astarte or Astaroth. She is the mother of Hecate.

How could one contact a Greek deity like Hypno?
The Orphic Hymn 84 can be used as a prayer or invocation.
