Yes the power is to make you rise through the ranks. You’re in a gym and league yes? That’s a hierarchy.
Mundane advise if say make sure you jump rope a lot, it’s increases your explosive power, helps your rhythm, and good for footwork.
If you’re serious about this you should consider switching your diet to a whole food plant based diet, fruits and vegetables are the most nutrient dense foods on the planet.
There’s a documentary about plant based athletes, “The game changers” the guy who made it is a MMA and special combat specialist.
