So I’ve bought a book. However it has been 18 days since I bought it and it hasn’t shipped. Today is July 18 and I’ve bought it on the 30th of June. I know it might be because of the covid shit but I’m moving soon and would like to speak with an admin or something.
If you are talking about a book you ordered from BALG, then you need to contact the help desk. This forum cannot help you.

I have never failed to receive an order, but they don’t always send tracking info. Do as dk suggests and try the help desk
