I’m well aware that the possibility of a psychical time travel is extremely slim, if not outright impossible but let’s cast it aside and hypothetically assume you have to write a petition (or do a ritual) that enables you to travel through time, even in the astral form: How would you formulate your petition and who would you write your petition to?

Yourself - as in, your own subconscious mind. This is a not uncommon practice in Remote Viewing. You set the target to a a point in the past or future instead of the present.

You can visit something that previously happened through remote viewing or astral travel. If you’d like to make a difference in something from the past, I highly recommend Taylor Ellwood’s book on the subject. They are a bit dense of a read, but it’s good material.
