How would kill an Egregore?

I got intk spirituality at first to debunk christianity, i then discovered witchcraft and have been studying for 10 years, knowing what the christian god is now, id like to go about finsing some way to destroy it to help people that are trapped by it. Any ideas on how to go about this? Im a very talented energy vampire but i dont think thatd be enough :sweat_smile:

You canā€™t kill an egregore, egregores are advanced forms of thoughtforms, to kill one means you have to erase any and all mention of it, and somehow stop all who have come across it from thinking about it. However if you are the only one that knows about it you can starve it to ā€œdeathā€ by forgetting its existence. Although, some egregores will go to others for sustenance and become a parasite. So, locking it away and basically starving it is another way lol.

From experience I had to do such to an egregore I created as an experimental thing some couple years ago.

As @anon48079295 says, you canā€™t really kill an egregore but you can absorb all its energy until it becomes ā€œinertā€, like a shell without energy.

As soon as someone thinks about it, it will receive energy.

With the amount of Christians in the world, it would be hard to destroy the Christian egregore unless those Christians stop being Christians.

Even then it would be harder to destroy this egregore since sometimes even Black Magicians give it energy.

Sure, you cannot destroy this egregore and the amount of energy it has might be considerable; but that also means that you could absorb that energy for your advantage?:thinking:

Thank you for the replies :slight_smile: if it recieves energy from anyone thinking about it, it may be best to simply drain it whenever it tries to come into my life, after all even if i completely drained it, someone thinking about it would revitalize it making the attempt pointless, thank you guys for the advice!!

Iā€™m not an expert in the ā€œChristian egregoreā€, so it is not certain.

I know that prayers are a form of magick and prayers directed to YHVH could be either a spell made for that entity or maybe is just the ā€œfaithā€ of the person that enacts the magick.

I cannot tell.

Thereā€™s multiple, however an egregore can be useful still.

I donā€™t think the Christian god can be killed, if so it would take several lifetimes! I think he will lose power over the next few centuries though if that makes u feel better

But maybe you can get revenge by trying to drain him, if you want I could try draining his energy too but I think it will always be replenished by the amount of Christians there are

Yeah i thought about that after it was vrought up how many people think about it at any given time, attempting to drain it wouldnt work well i dont think, since theres literally millions of people feeding this entity on a daily basis, but i also thought that maybe an energy pattern that is detrimental to it could be inserted and grafted to the egregore i think it could possibly create a situation where those that wroship it would feel that energy pattern and distance themselves frkm the egregore

I am sorry this thread is so old but I wanted to comment on it since it seemed the answers may not have been satisfying or exhaustive enough to provide ways of dealing with this collection of entities. Whenever dealing with a foe that cannot be defeated due to the support it has, if you can, create an astral mirror to create a duplicate but reverse copy of the entity that automatically then absorbs half of its energy, like a shadow projection reintegrated. In so doing, you can neutralize it using its hidden and discarded shadow side, thus removing its influence from your world, while reintegrating the less acceptable aspects of it, back into the collective unconscious for all to be conscious of. The one enemy one can never defeat is ones discarded self and an inauthentic god is only as great as the collective weaknesses of those that created it. Those are my thoughts on the matter.

You could do some sort of reverse solomonic magic. Instead of using the power of Yahweh to trap a demon, forcing it to do what you want and trap him in a bronce vessel, using the power of demons to trap and angel and put it into a vessel. Angel trapped after angel trapped Yahweh would lose power. Maybe better to plan it in a group of experienced practicioners?
