Would I use a planetary magick square (Kamea)?
Would I just use Raphaels regular sigil and then add whatever meaning I wanted to it?
Also, would it be better to do this in a talisman, or would a sigil work fine too?

I’m confused. Raphael’s speciality is healing so why would you need to create a personal sigil just for that?
Just find one of his traditional seals you feel drawn to, open it, and request healing from him.
OK, so no need to target a specific symptom I want to alleviate?
I like it if there isn’t, why limit him/her to a specific spot. I can use a good all over body healing.
Then tell him you need you whole body healed. You should also guide in some way or another just so that He knows what is worst or where to start.
Is it safe to use a healing sigil on a person or does the person need to do it on themselves? Because I want to use the sigil but I’m not sure if it’s safe if I use it for them or if it’s best I tell them what they need to do.
I have another question now. What if I bought a talisman of Raphael, with either his sigil or his seal on it and charged that. That should also work.
So I looked into it to see what would be best to have the talisman made of. Below are a few of the correspondences I got off of the Arch-Archangels website:
So I though if I could get a talisman made of something like Ash wood, with his sigil/seal on it that would be great. The talisman would have his name on it and be made with a correspondence.
Unfortunately, I can’t make one myself and none of those I found online were made out of materials that correspond to Raphael. I can, however, get one of Pewter and one of Brass or even one of Silver or wood.
So, how important is it that I get as many correspondences as possible?
If it is not that important, which of the above materials (pewter, brass, silver, wood) would hold the best charge.
I don’t really have the skills to make a decent talisman on my own, but I can invoke Raphael and have him charge the talisman for me. So how important is it that I get a material that corresponds. And if it is not “make or break” kind of thing, should I choose silver or brass or what?

Also, I love making stuff out of clay. Is there anyway I could create a talisman of clay and put corresponding woods or dried plant material, or stones in the clay. Would that work?
Yes, you could create a talisman out of clay.
Remember, correspondences are for you, not for the spirit you are seeking to contact. You can use as many as you feel will help you. Some systems, like the Golden Dawn, consider correspondences to be very important, while others, like EA’s system, do not.
Choose whichever is more aesthetically pleasing to you. You have to feel connected to the talisman. Silver is generally a good choice, though, as it holds a charge really well.
