Regarding demons of sexual nature; a male succubus. Handsome entities that historically preyed on women at night (there’s little to no truth to that claim) However, I must say that I am fairly interested in invoking one for myself. Not to engage in any means of intercourse, but to truly converse with. Is that possible? And how to do so? Another question, can I manifest him to look exactly like a celebrity or something?(Take for instance, Dave Mustaine) Also, is it possible for me to let his energy linger in my room for the next few days, perhaps even weeks. Appearing and vanishing whenever he wants to. I’m moving out of my current residence and I want to wreak havoc on the lives of the next tenants (mostly because they aren’t exactly good people)

I think you are confused. An incubus is an entity that feeds on sexual energy. It is not something you can order around to do your bidding and haunt people. While they are shapeshifters and can appear as anyone, they generally take on beguiling forms in order to seduce and generate the wanted energy. They are not the same thing as a servitor. A servitor is a type of thoughtform that you yourself create. You can design it to look and act however you want, you control it, but an incubus has its own agenda.

You don’t. As I have already stated, a servitor is a thoughtform you create. You design it and you bring it to life. No invoking involved.
An incubus can be summoned via a letter of intent but you don’t seem to understand anything about what they are, or what they can do. Your post uses the term “invoking” without knowing what the word means. Invocation is when you take the energy of a spirit inside you in order to take on a specific trait, and evocation is the art of summoning a spirit to take form before you.
