Yes. Consecrate the object. Douse it in salt water, if possible. Send your best energy and intent into it, turning the charm toward what you want it to accomplish. You can leave it in a “healing” sound current (there are many online to choose from). Anything can be turned into a lucky charm. Care for it. Don’t forget it. “Feed” it with your energy from time to time. You can energize it underneath the full moon. I’ve turned plenty of “junk” objects into lucky charms.

all kinds of different resources you can look into for something like this, i personally like to use different types of trees, ill take a branch and carve into it a purpose. ill do the same thing with river stones and a dremel or buy some clay you can fire in the stove and mold it into the form that will work for your purpose.
