Hi there. I’ve always, since a kid, had low energy and motivation. I would go to bed earlier than anyone else and sleep in every chance I could get, and take naps as well. There’s days where getting up to make breakfast is enough to wear me out and put me back in bed. But there’s also periods of time where none of this bothers me for a month or two. Or randomly I’ll feel good for a couple hours. But it’s been getting worse the past year.
I have hypothyroidism which I’m taking T3/T4 for as well as testosterone cream (I’m 41). I’ve been to doctors etc and tried ruling out all the natural reasons for this condition. And my current doctor just drew blood for labs, so maybe she’ll find something.
So I’m not really asking from a physical health perspective because I have a pretty good understanding of where I’m at in that regard, and I’m being looked after.
What I am asking is that what practices could I do to increase my daily energy from an esoteric perspective? At the moment it’s very difficult to stick to any kind of routine with qi gong or yoga when I literally feel like passing out most days.
In meditation I can draw energy into my chakras until my whole body feels vibrating, if I get up to move around that feeling lasts a matter of minutes before I’m back to where I was. It’s like I’m a worn out battery that won’t keep a charge. Or a bucket with a whole in the bottom.
I’m still pretty new to this and those days when my energy levels feel better I’ve been able to get some fantastic results in ritual, but the days my energy is low I experience nothing and even meditation is frustrating because I’ll most likely pass out in the first minutes.
So… How can I plug the leak and build up my energy reserves?
I have my very own method to balance the energy, no ritual involved.
In my understanding and experience, everything has consequences and everything is moving on constant energy sinusoid. One can never be only “high” nor only “low”. Now it may sound obvious but I noticed it’s not so obvious for many. It certainly wasn’t for me back in the day. And I know you’re not asking about the theory but I felt like giving the bare base.
Too put it short - things must move when they are stagnant for too long, and must be stopped when they are in movement risking the point of exhaustion. It’s like walking on the line - move too much towards either side and you will fall.
To maintain this level that isn’t “too much” nor isn’t “too low” I observe my own energy level. When noticing stagnation, I move, most simple way is some mundane tasks as they move my body and engage just enough of mind that I can focus also on something else and not feel like I am forced.
And then when I am hyper active, mentally, emotionally or physically, for a long period of time, I force myself to stop and stagnate for a bit, to recharge.
Not sure if I put it clearly but what I would do in such case is literally starting with daily things, mundane tasks, and while doing them, visualizing how I fill the bottle with water that I can then drink from when I am thirsty (period of rest). In this thirst period, when you drain the bottle (never completely though), I’d start moving again and filling the bottle.
Sounds familiar.
I got rid of my fatigue when I removed the seven chakra system and activated the energy centers on the soles of my feet. I suspect chakras are used to steal our energies.
That’s interesting, when I spend enough time meditating I feel the minor chakras in my head and the soles of my feet begin to vibrate, much more than the 7 main chakras (well 6, I can still feel my ajna pretty strong).
I’ve seen posts on removing or merging chakras, is there any special way of activating the energy centers of the feet?
