I have space available in a house in late May 2019 (I think May 21 but I’m double checking).

It’s the entire second floor: 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a full bath. Also usage of common areas: kitchen, living room, and dining room on first floor, finished basement, detached garage.

Rent: $1550/mo ($1575 if late)
Deposit: $1550
Water: about $75/mo
Electricity: about $250/mo

Second floor has 3/4 bath, not full bath. (I didn’t know there was a difference.) Sink, toilet, and shower, no tub.
