Someone told me it can be accomplished w/ planetary magick. If I recall correctly I believe they use the day of the moon and the hour of Mars to cause them to have nightmares. Although I suppose you could also use the day of Mercury which would affect their thinking…
Yea but spirits make it easier, one trick you can do is to realize that when you think about the person know they subconsciously hear you and you can get them to act out and question reality, I only use into make people answer my questions when I ask them in my mind the person with nod yes or no point to the tip of there nose or occasionally out there hand through there head to say it’s over my head I don’t understand. An idea for how to go about making them go trazy might be trying to convince there shadow to play tricks on themselves and to go crazy justify I assume by just saying it’ll be fun.

I personally haven’t experienced such extremes in the realm of the occult BUT that doesn’t mean it can’t happen
Magick does take its time it could mean years or just a few minutes
