How can we inititate contact with a water Elemental ONDINE
What to do to invoke her and evoke her into physical manifestation?

Iā€™m going to assume you mean an Undine so I would start by evoking their king, Nichsah, and asking for a name and sigil for one of his elementals. Once you have a name and sigil, you can proceed from there.
