How to change the astral body?

Here is my idea, I’m probably thinking too simple with this or I’m thinking it’s harder or something.

But with this I’m going to my astral temple changing my body to the astral body I want.

Giving it a different energy like a alter connecting with the energy with psychic tendrils feeling that energy flow into me and then merging with my strak self.

Something like that I don’t know why I’m doing it like this but this way feels right for me.

I just want to be certain that it works to change my astral body this way

Your “astral” body is imaginative, so use your imagination to transform it into whatever you want. It is very simple to do. Just visualize the form you want, the same way you created the temple itself.

Would it be wise to visualize for some times to solidify the astral form

It can be helpful, yes, to first solidify it in your mind before tranferring your consciousness to it.
