Have you ever tried investing more (perhaps even much more) into meditation and pranayama practices? Regardless of what you decide to do in terms of this situation, I’d suggest ritual practice is best supported with meditation and, IMO, pranayama too. If you decide to do this ritual for this ex of yours, then do a ritual for your detachment from the situation as well – there’s a tendency for the operator to get stuck in the intention in such things.
As for her “psychic” abilities – it’s hard to say: I don’t trust the psychic/intuitive side of things for better or worse, they’ve been over 99% wrong in my case and that’s even when I’m not looking for insight or even interested in something.

A binding is not necessarily to you. You just need their life to go nowhere without you. In the long run, that’s enough sabotage to make them realize being with you was better. Regret can often hurt worse (and deeper) than any violent lesson. There are many entities who can do that.
I work at a car dealership, and there was this girl I liked. But I found out her current boyfriend was a car salesman. And from my own experience at my dealership, car salesmen are all around obnoxious, arrogant, smug, cheating, backstabbing, shit-talking, frat boy typed douche bags. And I will freely spiritually prey on them with no remorse.
I could tell she wasn’t really into me too much, and that is fine. I can get over that. It’s the fact she was with a salesman that enraged me. So I sabotaged that salesman’s emotions using certain Goetic spirits to break down his relationship. And it worked wonderfully.
