How often do you use blood in your rituals to make a change/acquire something in the world?

I almost never charge a spirit sigil without blood. I notice a difference when I don’t use blood in my connection to spirits. Spirits like blood. Other than that, unless I use ALOT of blood I don’t necessarily notice a difference in manifestation of intention when I’m just spellcasting, etc and not working with spirits.

I use blood when I create my own sigils. Just a few drops. Works very well, almost like it’s some sort of magic or something.
