If you mean exchanging words/ informations/thoughts with any kind of entities I would go from 40 minutes to two hours (it depends on the work in question, I am usually always a little perplexed how much time has passed when we part). Other energetic workings range between 20 and 40 minutes.

Really depends on what I’m doing. Initially, with evocation, it would be about 45 minutes. Part of that time was spent copying down what was heard and getting more into the desired state to call them. That was several years ago.

Depending on what exactly I’m doing, it can be anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour or more.

I think it varies greatly depending on level of knowledge and experience held by a practitioner. It also depends on the requirements associated with certain rituals.
I’ve completed rituals that require dusk til dawn and even multiple days levels of focus with multiple beings, with interesting results.
