How hard would it be to make a servitor of a character have the same personality of the character?

I’m curious because I want to make a servitor of a certain character but I don’t want it to just be mindless, I want it to have its own personality, whilst still having the traits of the character it’s based on. So basically a servitor with its own thoughts and personality, not just a being obeying my orders. If it’s possible, anyone have any tips?

Not hard if you know the character well enough. If that’s the only point of view you have of the character even better.
