How does one reverse a binding?

Hi,
Is there a grimoire or method, that is reliable in breaking stubborn bindings that is recommended?

Draw the sigil, light a candle or insence for him, open the sigil and ask for him to remove any enchantments placed on you by others, say your thanks and let the candle burn out.

Simple and has worked for me every time I have called on him.
